The Travelin' Rat's 3rd Annual World Rat Day Raffle
The Travelin' Rat's mission is to help animal rescues in whatever way we can, wherever we can, especially those that take in rats. We primarily do this through fundraising efforts and spreading the word when rescues need help. If we can be involved in rescue transports or sitting with a rescue at an animal event, we do that, too.
We are thrilled that we have been able to donate more to the rescues in 2014 than we could in the past as the funds laid out to get us started have been repaid. In addition to our Rescue of the Month program, we were able to donate to rescues last year through the Emergency Rescue Fund and for such events as National Animal Shelter & Rescue Appreciation Week, #givingTuesday, and as a holiday bonus. Now we are looking for a successful 2015 so we can help the rescues even more!
Our World Rat Day Raffle is one of our big fundraisers for the year that help make our donations to the rescues possible.
Each ticket is $1.* Tickets will be sold February 1, 2015 through March 31, 2015. Winners will be announced on April 4, 2015.
*For every 10 tickets you purchase together, you will receive a free ticket. The extra ticket will be randomly selected for one of the items in your order.
If you need to pay by check or money order instead of purchasing from here, please email thetravelinrat@gmail.com. Please have a list of the items that you want to purchase tickets for.
PLEASE read the description for each item very carefully. There is a difference between magazine subscriptions, for example. Also, shipping rules vary for each item. Some items will only be shipped within the US and/or Canada while others may be shipped overseas (however some international shipping is only if the winner agrees to pay shipping). We have organized the raffle so that items that ship worldwide are first, then items that only ship to US and Canada, then items that ship to US only.
Winners will be emailed after the drawing.
