2017 Multi-Rescue World Rat Day Auction
The Travelin' Rat will be hosting an auction on our Facebook page for rescues that have registered with us (if you are part of a rescue that is not registered with us yet, you can do so by downloading and filling out The Travelin' Rat's Registration Form, found near the bottom of our How to Apply page). Winning bids will be sent directly to each participating rescue (NOT The Travelin' Rat) and any necessary donation receipts will be issued by the individual rescues.
If you would like to help the rescues by donating to them for this fundraiser, please email The Travelin' Rat with any pictures you have of the item(s) you would like to donate, approximate value, where you are willing to ship to, and which rescue(s) you are donating to. (Because of the nature of this event, it would be hugely helpful if each donor was willing to also donate shipping. If you are outside of the US and want to help, you are certainly welcome to only ship within your country or region, just as many people only ship within the US due to the high cost of shipping.) Please check each rescue's website, the IRS, or Guidestar for tax deductibility status of each organization.
